The Learning Academy – February 2026 Newsletter

February is here, and we’re excited for a month filled with learning, friendship, and celebration at The Learning Academy! We have several important dates this month, along with Valentine’s activities, new team member introductions, and meaningful recognition of Black History Month.

Classroom Valentine’s Party – Friday, February 13 at 2:00 PM

Our classrooms will be celebrating Valentine’s Day together on Friday, February 13 at 2:00 PM.
Sign-up sheets for party items will be posted outside each classroom door.

This is always such a joyful day for the children, filled with kindness, friendship, and lots of creativity!

School Closure – Monday, February 16

TLA will be CLOSED on Monday, February 16 for Professional Development.
We appreciate your support as our team takes time to grow, learn, and continue providing quality care and education.

Spirit week is a fun way to recognize and celebrate each and every member of our learning community, and we are excited to see how each day can bring us together!

Parent/Teacher Conferences – February 24, 25 & 26

Families are invited to join us for conferences to discuss student growth, milestones, and goals for the spring.
Conferences will be held on:

Tuesday, February 24
Wednesday, February 25
Thursday, February 26
